“The home’s design is based on the traditional architecture of Jamaica, which has been known for its rich cultural heritage.
The first house in the new district was built in the 1930s and is the first of a series of buildings, including a gymnasium, which will eventually house the Queen’s residence.
The second house is set to be completed by 2019, with a new one in the pipeline in 2021.
It will also be home to a restaurant, a new swimming pool, a tennis court and a new public garden.
It’s not the first time a luxury home has been built in Jamaica’s capital.
In 2015, the city’s new housing authority bought a three-bedroom house in a luxury neighbourhood in Kingston.
The new property will be located on a private island in the south of the city, about six kilometres from the main roads.
There are currently 1,000 luxury properties in Jamaica, with most of them on the island of Manassas, which is the home to the country’s largest commercial airport.
Jamaica’s largest city, Kingston, has more than 40,000 apartments for rent, with more than 60% of the population living in poverty.
